INTRODUCTION TO A MATERIALIZED IDEA
The Project Life Cycle are a sequence of steps/phases, which usually have to happen in order get an IDEA materialized in terms of benefits, expectation, invested costs and time.
A project starts with an IDEA. In the domain of our activities, the IDEA collects thoughts with the intent to provide profitable services. The profitability depends on the type of customer. It can be measured in different ways, since it depends on its conception (intend) and goal to be achieved.
There are infinite reasons for making an IDEA profitable, therefore our focus is on three key important type of customers:
- Public or Private Business initiatives (i.e. Power Plants & Power distribution systems to provide power to end consumers)
- Private Initiative (i.e. Solar Power Systems for private investors for cost savings or/and sell energy, Contribute to improve the environment with the use of renewable/green energy, etc.)
- Non Governmental Organizations, whom are supporting developing countries for which we provide solutions and know-how for improvement of the social and community development in rural and poor remote areas within these countries.
After an IDEA has been evaluated and analyzed and brought to a first draft paper, already this project came to life. Therefore, a sequence of phases (life cycles) are mandatory to happen to achieve the end result: The materialization of the IDEA.
